You no longer need parking meters to park in Hospitalet de Llobregat, Sant Just Desvern, Sant Joan Despí, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Montgat, Badalona and Barcelona.

The AMB Metropolitan Parking application centralizes the management of parking in the regulated parking spaces of the Barcelona metropolis. It allows you to check rates and pay for parking from your mobile phone, all within a single integrated application.

There are over 41,900 parking spaces available, with more municipalities expected to join soon.

• No need to search for a parking meter, go through the payment process, take the ticket, and return to your car.

• You only pay for the actual parking time as there is no need for prepayment at the parking meter.

How it works:

1. Register by entering your user, payment, and vehicle information. This only needs to be done once.
2. Select the type of parking space on the map and choose your vehicle.
3. The app will display the start date and time, rates, schedules, and maximum parking duration.
4. During parking, it will show you the real-time amount due.
5. Upon finishing your parking session, you can make the payment and view the receipt.

Additionally, you will always have access to an operation history and user support services.
